RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with merchandise purchased from Sargent Steam you may return it within 30 days. We will gladly refund your money (less a 20% restocking fee) if the product you purchased is in resalable condition, in its original packaging, and is accompanied by your original sales receipt. You must also have allowed us to properly educate you in all its functions and uses either by attending our customer course in person or by phone. Call 1-800-SGT-STEAM to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if you have met these requirements.
