WARRANTY
Sargent Steam warranties the equipment 1 year on defective parts and labor and 3 years on the boiler/tank.
Warranty is void if:
- Machine is not maintained with the proper monthly maintenance.
- Repairs are made by unauthorized personnel.
- Any substance other than water has run through the machine.
- There is any sign of physical abuse including machine being dropped and broken face plates.
- Hose handle has been pulled away from hose tubing.
- Electrical cord has been pulled away from unit at insertion point.
- The iron is fused into the face plate because it was not properly locked into place.
- Insulation is wet caused from not not filling it properly with the filler bottle.
- The water inside the tank has been allowed to freeze.
